Alex Galkin is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public practicing in Ontario with a focus on accident benefits disputes, personal injury-related matters within the paralegal scope of practice, civil litigation, and Small Claims Court proceedings. 

Originally, having a medical background Alex has over 15 years of unique and multi-faceted experience in the field of personal injury with a blend of strategic case management and diligent negotiation.

After working at several boutique firms, Alex spent years as one of the managing directors of a large national firm, building and growing a practice that continues to serve personal injury victims from coast to coast.

His practice includes representation involving denied accident benefits, treatment disputes, income replacement benefits, insurer delays, debt collection disputes, contract disputes, and procedural litigation matters. 

Alex works closely with clients to navigate complex legal and insurance processes with clear communication, strategic planning, and practical advocacy tailored to each matter.
